The Role
This SDR role sits at the front of our revenue engine. You'll be the first human touchpoint for every inbound lead that comes through our marketing, and over time, you'll also be building outbound pipeline into property owners and operators we haven't reached yet.
On the inbound side, the job is speed and precision. Leads come in from paid search, organic, and referrals. Your job is to call within 15 minutes, qualify against a clear set of criteria, and route the right leads to the right people. You're protecting AE time and improving close rates — not just booking meetings.
On the outbound side you'll run structured campaigns into targeted lists of multifamily property owners, using purpose-built tooling and lists we'll build together. This isn't cold calling from a phone book. It's methodical, data-driven prospecting into a defined market.
What You'll Do
- Own inbound lead response. Call every new inbound lead within 15 minutes of submission. Speed is the single biggest factor in connecting with warm leads.
- Qualify against clear criteria. We have a defined qualification framework. You'll apply it consistently so we route the right conversations to the right people.
- Disposition every lead within 24 hours. Book It, Nurture, or Kill It. Nothing sits in limbo. Every decision gets logged in HubSpot with a reason.
- Build and run outbound sequences. After the first 60-90 days, you'll work structured multi-touch campaigns into targeted lists. We'll have the list infrastructure ready before you start prospecting.
- Keep the data clean. CRM hygiene is non-negotiable. You'll keep inbound and outbound pipelines separate so we can measure both accurately.
- Improve the system. When a booked lead doesn't convert, you tell us why. Your feedback is how the qualification criteria get sharper over time.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years in an SDR, BDR, or inbound sales role
- B2B SaaS or PropTech a plus, but not required
- Experience in real estate, property management, or adjacent industries
- Comfortable on the phone, both inbound
- Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM and a track record of keeping it clean
- Familiarity with or curiosity about email sequencing tools like Apollo.io, Salesloft, or Outreach
- Process-oriented: you follow qualification criteria rather than freelancing them, and you understand why that matters
- Self-directed: you manage your own queue, your own calendar, and your own output without needing constant check-ins
- Ambitious: you want to close deals, not just book them, and you're willing to earn that transition
