Our Planning Team works to address environmental challenges and support responsible development across the state. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a skilled on-call Project Manager Analyst to work alongside our Senior Planners and become part of our team.
Job Overview
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project planning, scheduling, data analysis, documentation, and project management.
Duties
· Assisting in the project planning process, setting KPIs, and analyzing project performance.
· Overseeing project activities, tracking progress, and evaluating overall project performance.
· Analyzing project data to optimize performance and identify problems and shortfalls.
· Preparing and maintaining project documentation and reports, including contracts and financials.
· Contributing to project planning, budgeting, and overall strategy, and establishing key performance indicators.
· Collaborate with environmental scientists, archaeologists, biologists, and planners.
· Provide Quality Assurance on deliverables
Requirements
- A degree in planning, business, or a related field is typically required, along with strong communication and presentation skills. Experience with project management software and stakeholder management is also beneficial.
- Qualifications:
- · California Resident
· Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in planning, business, or related field
· Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project planning/project management
· Strong knowledge of CEQA/NEPA (Not required)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft software
· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
· Experience working with environmental permitting processes is a plus
Hourly Rate Range:
$30-35/hr based on experience
