Jr. Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Jr. Business Analyst. This role will work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to support procurement activities, invoice processing, reporting, and data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Run reports, track performance metrics, and communicate results to internal teams and external partners (safety targets, contractor hours, OT tracking).
Manage accounts and process invoices for operational needs such as:
Support emergency storm accounting and related response efforts.
Create shopping carts, purchase orders (POs), confirmations, and PO updates in procurement systems.
Monitor and analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Proactively drive process efficiencies and challenge existing workflows.

Qualifications

Associate’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field OR 1–3 years of relevant analyst experience (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Strong analytical and data-tracking skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams
