Primary Responsibilities
• The Relationship Manager is responsible for administering special needs trust (SNT) accounts and serving as the primary point of contact for clients, their families, and relevant third parties. This role requires a minimum of five years of SNT administration experience and a thorough understanding of the regulatory, legal, and practical considerations unique to this area of trust administration.
• Acting as a liaison between clients and the Managing Directors, this position coordinates seamlessly across all service areas of the organization to ensure each client receives integrated, comprehensive financial solutions tailored to their individual circumstances.
• Central to this role is the development and stewardship of long-term client relationships through proactive communication, thoughtful service delivery, and a deep commitment to the well-being of the individuals, families, and foundations served.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a preference for a master's degree, and certification as a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (CTFA) or Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is ideal.
Strong leadership, teamwork, writing, presentation, and organizational skills are essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Wealthbox.
