The Works Home Services is hiring a driven outside sales rep to sell across our brands: fencing, lawn care, exterior cleaning, and holiday lighting. If you like being in the field, meeting homeowners, and closing deals—this is for you.
What you’ll do
- Run in-home / on-site estimates and close jobs
- Work company-provided leads + generate your own opportunities
- Follow up fast (calls/text/email) and keep a clean pipeline
- Coordinate with operations to set clear customer expectations
- Hit weekly activity and revenue goals
What we’re looking for
- Confident communicator with a closer’s mindset
- Self-starter who can manage your day without being babysat
- Sales experience preferred (in-home services is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license + reliable vehicle
- Comfortable using a CRM, texting customers, and staying organized
