We’re hiring a Marketing Assistant to support outbound marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution for our business-to-business clients. This is an entry-level role designed for someone looking to build a long-term career in marketing, growth, or business development.
You’ll work closely with sales and marketing leadership, gain hands-on experience with real campaigns, and learn how marketing directly drives revenue.
What You’ll Do
- Support B2B marketing campaigns across outbound channels
- Assist with lead generation, list building, and prospect research
- Help manage and update contacts, campaigns, and notes in a CRM
- Coordinate messaging between marketing and sales teams
- Track basic performance metrics (open rates, responses, lead flow)
- Assist with content preparation for LinkedIn and email outreach
- Support day-to-day marketing operations and campaign execution
What We’re Looking For
- Entry-level (0–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, sales support, or internships)
- Strong written communication skills
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and repetitive tasks
- Organized, detail-oriented, and coachable
- Interest in B2B marketing, growth, or business development
