Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Marketing Manager based in Waxahachie, TX. The Field Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing local marketing initiatives to promote the brand, increase customer engagement, and drive store traffic. Responsibilities include managing promotional campaigns, planning events, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and analyzing the success of marketing efforts through data and metrics. This role requires strategic thinking, creativity, and a hands-on approach.
Qualifications
- Experience in marketing fields such as Campaign Management, Promotional Planning, and Event Coordination
- Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with internal teams and stakeholders
- Proficiency in Data Analysis, Marketing Analytics, and the ability to measure marketing effectiveness
- Skills in Digital Marketing and Brand Building across various platforms
- Creative thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment
- Proven leadership abilities and experience in team management are a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Familiarity with the food/beverage or retail industry is a strong advantage
