Digital Marketing Specialist | Glasheen, Valles & Inderman Injury Lawyers
GVILAW is seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online growth strategy. In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our digital strategy – integrating PPC management and SEO strategy with comprehensive web performance analysis. Beyond campaign execution, you will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all digital touchpoints, managing multiple projects, and translating multiple sources of data into actionable growth strategies.
The ideal candidate understands that in personal injury law, success isn't just about traffic; it’s about high-quality lead generation and maximizing the return on every marketing dollar. You must be able to analyze complex data sets while thinking creatively to solve problems in a very competitive digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop, implement, and optimize high-spend PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and Local Service Ads (LSAs).
- Lead Quality Optimization: Focus on Conversion Rate Optimization and lead quality to ensure marketing efforts result in signed cases.
- SEO & Analytics: Perform technical SEO audits and use Google Analytics, call-tracking software, and internal tools
- Reporting: Create actionable reports that translate technical metrics into clear business insights for firm leadership.
- Creative Collaboration: Design and test ad copy and landing pages that resonate with potential clients.
Job Highlights & Qualifications
- Proven Experience: No less than 2 years of experience specifically in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC).
- Platform Expertise: Deep proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Bing AdCenter, and Google Local Service Ads.
- Data Literacy: Advanced skills in MS Excel and experience using various analytics tools to track multi-channel attribution.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks quickly in a deadline-driven environment.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational and project management skills; you will be managing significant budgets where precision is critical.
- Communication: Ability to clearly articulate marketing strategy and performance results to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with high-CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) industries.
- Familiarity with call tracking and CRM integration.
- Understanding of localized search strategies and Google Business Profile optimization.
