- Collaborate with management on strategic planning for market expansion and business development initiatives.
Experience
- Prior experience in outside sales, retail sales, or customer service is a plus but not required- enthusiasm and a proactive attitude are key!
- Strong communication skills with the ability to negotiate effectively and build rapport quickly.
- Ability to analyze situations critically and develop strategic solutions.
- Willingness to learn about sales, territory management, and account management strategies.
