The Private Credit Investment Manager is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and managing private credit investments across various sectors and risk profiles. This role blends rigorous credit analysis, portfolio management, and deal execution, supporting the firm’s private credit strategy while monitoring risk and performance of existing loan portfolios.

Source and evaluate private credit investment opportunities, including direct loans, syndicated loans, and mezzanine debt
Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and credit analysis for new investments
Structure transactions, negotiate terms, and prepare investment documentation
Monitor portfolio performance, including covenants compliance, risk metrics, and repayment schedules
Build and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and models for credit portfolio insights
Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reporting for internal investment committees and external stakeholders
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and operations teams to ensure proper execution and monitoring
Stay informed on market trends, regulatory changes, and credit risk dynamics
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; CFA or MBA preferred
Strong understanding of credit markets, loan structures, and private lending mechanics
Experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or private debt investing
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Knowledge of loan agreements, covenants, and credit documentation
