Key Responsibilities - HR Consultant

Act as a trusted first-line and escalation partner for recruiters and TA leaders, resolving operational questions quickly and confidently.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Workday Recruiting — including candidate movement, start dates, assessments, and rehire eligibility.
Identify root causes of recurring issues, document findings, and implement process improvements that elevate team performance.
Partner with TA leadership to support data requests, reporting, and preparation of executive-ready materials.
Maintain and enhance SOPs, workflows, job aids, and documentation to ensure clarity and scalability.
Support system enhancements, backlog coordination, and user acceptance testing (UAT) for recruiting technology improvements.
Contribute to cross-functional projects with clear tracking, accountability, and follow-through.

Education and Experience - HR Consultant

We’re seeking someone who combines analytical thinking with operational excellence:

5+ years of experience in business consulting, HR/recruiting operations, process analysis, or a related field.
Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to diagnose issues and uncover root causes.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experience troubleshooting HR technology systems (Workday Recruiting or another ATS preferred).
Familiarity with Jira or other project management tools is a plus.
Experience with UAT, process documentation, and workflow design (SOPs, decision trees, job aids).
Ability to create or interpret process maps using tools such as Visio or Figma preferred.
