Our client, a leader in the financial services industry, is seeking a SDET- Software Developer Engineer Test - Mid-Level to join their team. As a SDET- Software Developer Engineer Test - Mid-Level, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting Mobile Application Development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, collaborative spirit, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test solutions for mobile applications using Appium with Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement testing strategies that uphold high-quality standards.
- Analyze test results, troubleshoot issues, and report failures promptly to ensure continuous improvement.
- Research, investigate, and implement best practices in test automation, including training team members.
- Partner with geographically-distributed teams to plan and enhance QA tooling and technology decisions.
What's Needed?
- 2+ years of experience in Mobile Application Development.
- 2-4 years of experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
- Hands-on coding experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages.
- Knowledge of industry-standard tools for bug tracking and test case management (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr).
- Understanding of Mobile Development on iOS and/or Android devices, including experience with XCUI, Espresso, Kotlin, or SWIFT is a plus.
