Automotive F&I Manager / Sales Manager

Budget Motors is hiring a proven Automotive F&I Manager who can also lead and influence the sales floor.
This is not just a finance office position.
This is a leadership seat inside a high-volume independent dealership.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Run a strong F&I office
- Desk and structure deals
- Protect gross
- Drive volume
- Hold the team accountable
If you are a closer who understands both backend production and sales floor leadership, this is a real opportunity.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:
F&I Leadership
- Presenting and selling VSC, GAP, and finance products on every deal
- Driving 50%+ VSC and GAP penetration
- Managing lender relationships and approvals
- Ensuring clean, compliant, fundable contracts
Sales Management
- Desking deals and structuring approvals
- Protecting front-end gross
- Helping close tough deals
- Coaching salespeople on proper deal setup
- Maintaining deal flow and urgency
- Supporting 30+ unit monthly volume
This is a hands-on role. You will be in the deal, not behind a desk all day.

Compensation:
- $5,000 monthly recoverable draw
- Performance-based commission structure

Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
