We are looking for a Engineering Recruiter (Hardware) to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.
This role will report to Head of Talent Acquisition and based in San Jose CA.
This is a fully on-site, in office role 5 days a week.
Role and Responsibilities
- Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top engineering talent with experience in the energy and hardware technology industry
- Hire across levels for roles in the areas of engineering, R&D, NPI, Quality and Reliability etc.
- Manage full cycle recruiting process ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Work with recruiting team members (Recruiters, Sourcers, and Coordinators) to develop, implement, and execute hiring strategies for open requisitions
- Facilitate interviews and hiring discussions with interviewers and hiring managers
- Drive offer process - including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
- Act as a liaison between interviewers and hiring managers and facilitate interview and hiring discussions with all parties
- Maintain reporting metrics and generate reports on regular basis
Skills and Experience:
- 2-4 years of recruiting experience for a search firm or in-house recruiting team
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top-tier engineering professionals
- Proficiency utilizing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Solid Boolean search string experience with the ability to identify candidates who know the best practices in tech industry
- Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and a passion for finding exceptional people
- Experience managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects and client relationships
- Experience in hiring in the energy industry is preferred
- Experience with Workday preferred
- Ability to maintain strong relationships with all clients including internal/external recruiters, business partners and candidates
- BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university
