Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to all online customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls, providing detailed vehicle information and personalized assistance.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline by following up on leads, scheduling appointments, and nurturing ongoing customer relationships.
- Conduct virtual tours of inventory, highlighting features and benefits to engage potential buyers and upsell additional products or services.
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership objectives.
- Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track interactions, update customer records, and analyze sales trends for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales support team to ensure inventory accuracy, manage inventory control, and coordinate vehicle availability.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport with diverse clientele, including multilingual customers when applicable.
Requirements
- (1 Yr. Minimum Automotive Internet Sales Experience Required)
- Proven experience in automotive sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of automobile features and specifications.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments.
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with the ability to upsell effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management systems; familiarity with marketing tools is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously within a fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional communication skills, including bilingual abilities or multilingual proficiency preferred for serving diverse markets.
- Experience in dealership operations such as inventory control, retail math, cold calling, outbound sales, and public speaking is highly desirable.
