Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements, analyze data, identify improvement opportunities, and help implement solutions that enhance business performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and process flows
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities
- Create reports, dashboards, and presentations for decision-making
- Collaborate with IT, product, finance, and operations teams
- Evaluate current processes and recommend improvements
- Ensure solutions align with business goals and user needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, IT, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools
- Experience with documentation tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio, etc.)
- Good understanding of business processes and workflows
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience in Agile or Scrum environments
- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Exposure to financial modeling or business forecasting
