At Monkeyman’s Tree Service, our Consulting Arborists are trusted advisors to homeowners and property managers. You’ll evaluate properties, diagnose tree health and risk, and provide clear, professional recommendations—while earning at a high level.
If you’re an ISA Certified Arborist who knows how to communicate, build trust, and close, this is a top-tier opportunity.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with clients on-site and evaluate trees, landscapes, and risk factors
- Diagnose structural issues, pests, and overall tree health
- Provide clear, professional recommendations for:
- Tree removal
- Structural and fine pruning
- Risk mitigation
- Plant Health Care (PHC) programs
- Create and present proposals in a timely manner
- Build strong client relationships and deliver a premium experience
- Follow up consistently to close opportunities and maintain pipeline

What We’re Looking For
- ISA Certified Arborist (required)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to confidently assess and explain tree conditions
- Professional presence and consultative mindset
- Self-motivated, organized, and reliable
Preferred (Not Required)
- TRAQ certification
- Experience in arborist sales or consulting
- Familiarity with Pacific Northwest species and conditions
- Experience in PHC sales
Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 – $165,000+ total compensation
- Base salary + performance-based earnings
- Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)
