This hire represents a pivotal step in building a high-calibre local team capable of delivering board-level impact to leading investors and operators.
We are working with a leading international strategy consulting boutique known for delivering rigorous, bespoke advisory services to private equity funds, infrastructure investors, investment banks and executive leadership teams. With offices across Europe, North America, the Middle East and Africa, our client combines global reach with entrepreneurial agility. The Engagement Manager will join a high-performance environment where intellectual rigour, ownership and merit-based progression define career growth.
The Engagement Manager will lead critical workstreams across commercial due diligence, market assessments, post-merger integration planning and value creation initiatives within the telecom ecosystem.
Role Highlights:
– Structure complex client problems into clear analytical frameworks
– Lead in-depth market, financial and competitive analyses
– Build robust financial models (DCF, WACC, valuation scenarios)
– Manage module teams and deliver client-ready presentations
– Engage directly with private equity investors and executive teams
You Will Need – The role requires:
– 5+ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy or private equity within TMT
– Strong knowledge of at least one telecom asset class (broadband, data centres or towers)
– Advanced financial modelling and corporate finance expertise
– Outstanding quantitative, analytical and presentation skills
– Bachelor’s degree with academic distinction
