About the Company
Home Offer 365 is building a national real estate investment marketplace connecting off-market properties with investors, buyers, lenders, and service providers at scale.
Our vision is a streamlined acquisition-to-disposition ecosystem supporting:

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the technical architecture and execution of this platform as we scale nationally.
Role Overview
The CTO will serve as the technical executive leader responsible for architecting, building, and scaling a high-performance real estate marketplace platform.
This is not a maintenance role — this is a build-and-scale leadership opportunity. You will partner directly with the Founder to translate business vision into scalable technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the long-term technology strategy
- Architect scalable marketplace infrastructure
- Select and manage tech stack (frontend, backend, CRM integrations, automation tools)
- Build and lead internal or outsourced development teams
- Ensure platform security, performance, and compliance
- Implement data architecture and analytics frameworks
- Guide API integrations (CRM, investor portals, payment systems, title systems)
- Oversee DevOps and system scalability for national expansion
- Prepare technical roadmap for fundraising and investor presentations
Ideal Background
- 5+ years in software development leadership
- Experience building or scaling SaaS or marketplace platforms
- Experience leading engineering teams
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and scalable architecture
- Familiarity with fintech, proptech, or real estate platforms preferred
- Experience preparing tech infrastructure for capital raises is a plus
