About The Role
We are seeking a Growth Consultant with a commercial and consultative mind to help our mid-market clients grow and retain their digital business with Cleverbridge. Our team is responsible for driving client outcomes across a portfolio of accounts through structured success planning, performance analysis and cross-functional implementation of growth initiatives.
The role partners closely with internal teams including Technical Account Management, Professional Services, Product Management, Payments and Sales to ensure client needs are understood, prioritized and actioned effectively. This is an individual contributor role.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong ethical and business judgment and a willingness to approach tasks with enthusiasm and a strong sense of ownership.
Your Responsibilities
- Grow a portfolio of client accounts by acting as a strategic consultant — diagnosing business challenges, recommending solutions, and guiding clients toward measurable revenue outcomes
- Build and execute tailored growth plans through deep discovery of client business goals, market position, and untapped opportunities
- Proactively surface insights and growth narratives internally, keeping stakeholders aligned on portfolio momentum, risks, and strategic priorities
- Consult on ecommerce performance across conversion, renewals, payment success, and customer experience — translating data into clear, actionable growth strategies
- Lead consultative business reviews that go beyond reporting, challenging clients with new perspectives and driving alignment on growth initiatives
- Maintain an accurate financial forecast by staying close to client growth trajectories and proactively addressing risks that could impact portfolio performance
- Build trusted advisor relationships at all levels — including C-suite — by consistently delivering strategic value, not just account management
- Engage delivery teams and Technical Account Managers as an extension of the consulting model, ensuring strategic recommendations translate into real-world outcomes
- Continuously identify and qualify expansion opportunities through consultative discovery, partnering with Sales to convert insights into commercial growth
- Lead commercial negotiations that reflect the value delivered, partnering with legal to structure agreements that support long-term growth partnerships
- Develop deep expertise in Cleverbridge capabilities and industry trends to credibly consult clients on how to evolve their ecommerce business and stay ahead of the market
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, ecommerce, or client-facing consulting in a technology environment
- Proven ability to manage client relationships and drive retention, adoption, and measurable business outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and translate it into recommendations
- Experience building success plans, leading business reviews, and identifying risk
- Strong presentation and storytelling skills with experience working with senior management
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment and to keep multiple priorities moving
- Proficiency in Salesforce and common reporting tools, Power BI experience is a plus
A reasonable estimate of salary range for a new employee to be offered this role would be between $80,000 to $100,000 which would be adjusted based on each employee's geographic location. The position of each employee within a compensation range at Cleverbridge is dependent on several individual circumstances, such as experience, training, certifications, and other business requirements/needs.
