Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Assistant and Client Intake Specialist to support our team in executing daily marketing activities and ensuring our clients receive the best legal service possible. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong administrative and customer service experience, a high level of professionalism and a collaborative mindset who excels at managing logistics, coordinating details across teams and maintaining effective communication.

General duties and responsibilities:

Accept and manage incoming calls to office location, schedule appointments, relay information and navigate with the client’s wellbeing in mind.

Triage potential client crisis and connect with attorneys/ legal staff.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns to boost our visibility, ensuring our message resonates with diverse audiences and drives engagement.

Must be able to request payment of fee(s) in a business-like manner without embarrassment or exerting pressure.

Maintain and update marketing contact lists in real time.

Help manage online reviews and reputation management.

Assist with basic graphic design for marketing materials.

Perform related duties as required.

Qualifications:

Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns and managing social media.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, ensuring flexibility and strong team dynamics.

Creative mindset with an eye for detail, vital for producing high-quality, compelling content.

Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, CapCut or similar.
