We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to organize and coordinate our company’s financial planning administration and tracking systems.
The ideal candidate has a background in finance and bookkeeping and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role plays a key part in supporting advisors, maintaining tracking systems, and ensuring financial planning processes run efficiently.
Position: Administrative Support Specialist
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week/$20 per hour)
Location: 6550 W Hillsborough Ave, Suite 130, Tampa, FL 33634
Responsibilities:
- Creating financial planning contracts
- Sending out financial planning contracts
- Creating and distributing invoices
- Maintaining tracking systems
- Financial planning reporting
- Coordinating with advisors and managers regarding upcoming plans
- Assisting with compliance-related functions
- Performing other general administrative responsibilities
Skills:
- Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Excel and Adobe
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial excel functions)
- Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures
- Time management, organization skills
- BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
