About The Opportunity
Are you a highly motivated and enthusiastic recent college graduate or early-career professional looking to launch a career in Client Success and sales? This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Grubhub team in a role where you'll contribute directly to our growth.
We're looking for a sharp, ambitious go-getter who is eager to learn, build relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment. You'll support and help manage a portfolio of our corporate clients, ranging from all industries, who rely on Grubhub for their employee meal programs and benefits. You will play a central supporting role in managing relationships and helping to expand programs as companies redefine their office and remote meal strategies.
The Impact You Will Make
- Support revenue growth and client retention with strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities within a dedicated account portfolio. Part of the role will also focus on identifying and qualifying expansion opportunities to drive pipeline growth, acting as a lead generation engine for the Client Success Growth team.
- Direct Client Engagement: Devote 25% of the work week to live stakeholder interactions. Responsibilities include managing inbound requests, facilitating scheduled growth meetings, and conducting in-person visits to maintain a robust partnership and opportunity pipeline.
- Act as a client support specialist, ensuring clients have a seamless and positive experience, quickly escalating and assisting in the resolution of any concerns.
- Become a product expert to answer client questions and provide guidance on how to best use the Grubhub platform to meet their needs.
- Assist in client program optimization, leveraging data and internal resources to identify and present opportunities for clients to maximize the value of their Grubhub partnership.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams (Sales, Product, and Support) to ensure a smooth client journey from initial setup through continued service.
What You Bring to the Table
- 1 year of professional experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., sales, account management) OR a recent Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Demonstrated drive, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to start a career in B2B Client Success or sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a quick-moving environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
- Aptitude for learning and leveraging data to inform decisions.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software tools.
- Ability to travel for in-person client meetings as required.

Our hybrid model requires 3 days a week in the office. That said, many team members choose to come in more often to take advantage of in-person collaboration and connection. You're welcome—and encouraged—to be in the office up to 5 days a week if it works for you.
We reward our Sales positions with competitive pay. For this role, we offer uncapped commission with a base salary range as outlined below.
New York: $60,000-75,000 ($70,500- $88,000 OTE Range)
Wonder uses geographic-specific salary structures, which means the salary offered may vary depending on where the job is located. The final salary offer will take into account various factors, such as the candidate's skills, education, training, credentials, and experience.
