Vista health and wellness We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Liaison Officer, quality improvement and business developer to serve as the vital link between our organization and external partners, clients, and stakeholders. As a Liaison Officer, you will play a key role in fostering collaboration, expanding our network, and ensuring seamless coordination across various departments and external entities. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners, clients, vendors, and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Manage and coordinate meetings, negotiations, and presentations to promote organizational objectives and project initiatives.
- Lead business development efforts by identifying new opportunities, conducting market research, and generating leads through cold calling, networking events, and outreach campaigns.
- Oversee territory management by assigning regions for targeted outreach, tracking engagement metrics, and optimizing coverage strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements ensuring mutually beneficial terms while maintaining organizational standards.
- Provide ongoing account management to nurture long-term relationships, address client needs promptly, and identify opportunities for growth.
- The admissions specialists handle incoming calls and outbound follow ups with clients/patients/loved ones by coordinating with each department for the purpose of admitting to the appropriate campus and level of care based on collection of data regarding financial resources, managed payor criteria, and general substance use disorder criteria. The admissions team can operate every day of the year with flexible hours to include evenings, weekends, and holidays when possible and necessary, depending on team size desired and facility’s operating admission hours. Capabilities include professionally managing incoming and outgoing telephonic communications, keeping accurate, detailed documentation, complete pre-admission screens for the purpose of determining eligibility and appropriateness, and assisting with implementation of call software systems, if needed. The admissions specialist will answer and initiate calls, manage program inquiries within the facility’s CRM, produce accurate documentation, collect demographics and insurance information to coordinate the verification of benefit process, conduct logistical and financial qualification of clients, and negotiate financial agreements. In addition, the admissions specialist can maintain information in multiple databases, including collecting and documenting accurate referent information and participating in outbound call campaigns in support of marketing, business development, outreach, and customer service initiatives as requested.
Experience
- Proven experience in business development within a residential treatment centre setting with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong management skills with the ability to oversee admissions in a timely manner with the appropriate diagnosis and operations effectively.
- Familiarity with EMR with similar platforms for tracking admissions and discharges. Also able to do Quality
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.
Pay: $75,303.24 - $85,000.00 per year
