About The Opportunity
This role exists to lead research projects to suit the needs of the business including our suite of Net Promoter Score (NPS) surveys. This Role will help others to translate business questions into research objectives and, in turn, into studies and action plans. As well as help drive cross-functional changes to improve the customer (client, provider, consumer) experience.
What will you be doing?
Research and Analytics
- Conduct market research through surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other data collection methods to gather primary and secondary market information.
- Analysis and deliverable creation. This includes but is not limited to questionnaire drafting, survey programming, data analysis including cross-tabulations and coding, and storytelling in PowerPoint.
- Analyze large datasets using statistical tools and software to identify patterns, trends, and key insights from customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitor activity.
- Connect the "what," with the "so what," and "now what" using your own research and other data sources.
Organization & Planning
- Support the Marketing Analytics & Insights Team through project management efforts to track initiatives, stay organized, and add accountability to deliverables.
- Work cross functionally with different departments and stakeholders as needed to support various project and tasks.
Presentation Creation
- Craft compelling presentations that effectively communicate research findings to diverse audiences.
- Visualize data through graphs, charts, and infographics to enhance understanding.
- Develop clear narratives that highlight key takeaways and actionable recommendations.

What education or experience is required?
Required
- Bachelor's degree in a related field. A combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
- Three (3+) years of experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint; some limited experience with SPSS or SAS analytics programs.
- Experience with presenting to and communicating effectively with all levels of employees.
- Experience with statistical modeling and analysis.
- Experience with Survey programming tools (Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, Decipher, Quantilope)
- Ability to design, draft, and program questionnaires, discussion guides, and other research activities - both qualitative and quantitative
- Knowledge of quantitative analysis (significance testing, crosstabulations/banners/nets, etc.)
- Ability to represent data and conceptual insights visually (charting, diagrams, conceptual graphics).
Preferred
- Five (5+) years of experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods.
