We are looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Account Coordinator who is eager to grow into a dedicated Account Manager role for the right long-term fit.

Compensation
Starting Salary: $60,000
Total Pay Range: $60,000 – $75,000
Bonus eligibility after 90 days based on performance
Full-time, on-site role in Phoenix
Position Overview
The Account Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our sales and account management team while serving as a front-line resource for customers in our showroom.
This position is fast-paced and highly interactive. You will be trusted with client communication, quoting, order follow-ups, and operational coordination. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy solving problems, and want to build a career in account management, this role offers upward mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and send customer quotes
Perform stock checks and verify inventory availability
Assist customers in the showroom with professionalism and confidence
Confirm previously scheduled deliveries
Distribute warranties and product documentation
Coordinate spare parts when available
Assist customers in setting up and navigating the online portal
Follow up on past-due or unpicked-up orders
Support the Director and Account Managers with reporting and daily operations
Handle high-volume requests while maintaining accuracy and organization

Preferred Experience
Background in construction, cabinetry, or building materials (preferred but not required)
Experience in a client-facing or customer service role
Experience managing multiple requests simultaneously
