We are seeking an ambitious and results-driven
Sales Executive to drive new business development in the Freeport, NY market. This role is ideal for a sales professional with proven experience selling
shipping, small-parcel logistics, or e-commerce fulfillment solutions.
The Sales Executive will focus on acquiring new e-commerce clients, expanding existing accounts, and delivering customized parcel programs that improve speed, cost efficiency, and service reliability. This position plays a key role in driving revenue growth while partnering closely with operations to ensure exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted B2B sales strategies for e-commerce businesses seeking small-parcel shipping solutions
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Lead the full sales cycle: discovery, solution presentation, pricing, negotiation, and contract execution
- Present tailored logistics solutions emphasizing competitive rates, scalable fulfillment, and service reliability
- Build long-term client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor on parcel shipping and fulfillment strategies
- Collaborate with warehousing, fulfillment, and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
- Monitor sales pipeline activity, track KPIs, and maintain accurate CRM documentation
- Provide forecasting, performance reporting, and insights into market trends and customer behavior
Requirements
- Proven success selling shipping, parcel logistics, 3PL, or e-commerce fulfillment services
- Strong understanding of small-parcel shipping, express services, fulfillment workflows, warehousing, and freight solutions
- Demonstrated ability to close new business and grow client accounts
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret shipping data and cost structures
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
