General Summary
The
Associate Account Executive is responsible for supporting the execution of strategies set by their manager by performing general sales activities to maximize sales and margins, support and promote the brand and maintain optimal relationships with customers as well as internal partners. This position supports the Wholesale Accessories business.
The responsibilities described below are considered essential functions of the role. This position is based in our NYC office and requires working on-site.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to Associate Director of Sales with all business functions for assigned accounts
- Complete all asset, copy and image templates for assigned accounts
- Coordinate and attend quarterly photoshoots that support the E-Commerce needs of key accounts
- Assist with customer needs, such as EDI management, shipping and extensions, and reorders
- Partner with internal colleagues including Production, Operations and Design
- Track and update regularly the status of inventories and ATS
- Quickly learn full product line and understand categories, fabrics, and silhouettes
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of customer order details and needs
- Attend & support all needs of Market Week and customer showroom appointments on a regular basis
- Sample coordination, tracking and management; this includes keeping the sample closet neat and organized at all times
- Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines with support and resources as needed
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $60,000 - $65,000. Ranges are based on various factors such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
