Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive based in New York, NY. The Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and building relationships with local businesses, artisans, and entrepreneurs. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting potential clients, creating customized pitches, closing deals, and managing ongoing client relationships. The role will also involve working closely with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and retention while meeting sales goals and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and relationship-building skills
- Experience in account management and client retention
- Proficiency in effective communication, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with digital marketing and media strategies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Prior experience in a sales or marketing role is preferred
- Passion for New York City and understanding of its local businesses and culture
- Proficiency in CRM tools is a plus
