First 90 days: M-F, 9-5pm – IN-PERSON
Then, M-F, 9-5pm - HYBRID: 3 days in office (must include Wednesdays), 2 days remote

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year
The Sales Coordinator supports the administrative needs of sales leadership and the Taylor Creative Sales team while building their own client network. This role collaborates closely with the VP of Sales to ensure quick responses and smooth handling of a high volume of rental orders.
The Sales Coordinator position offers strong promotion potential as skills and experience develop. With proven performance, individuals can advance to an Account Executive role, where they connect with prospective clients and guide them through the full sales process, with opportunities for travel.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and process a high volume of rental orders; communicate outages and proactively flag potential issues
- Support the VP of Sales with email, phone communications, and order management
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in data entry tasks, demonstrating focus, consistency, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Generate ad hoc and recurring reports for the Sales Team and Sales Leadership
- Prepare and maintain weekly meeting agendas
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with new prospects and existing clients nationwide
- Identify and resolve client needs promptly to deliver exceptional service
- Manage event rental logistics in alignment with client objectives and budgets
- Participate in weekly and other team meetings to discuss progress and improvements
- Coordinate special projects that support sales efforts, including client receptions, warehouse tours, and internal incentive events
- Maintain all digital and physical sales collateral, ensuring materials are current, organized, and easily accessible to the sales team
- Travel occasionally for client meetings and event load-ins
- Manage team calendar, tracking paid time off and ensuring adequate office coverage throughout the week
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fast and accurate order processing and data entry
- Quick to learn inventory systems and customer service protocols
- Self-motivated with strong prioritization skills; consistently meets deadlines with minimal supervision
- Produces clear, concise, and accurate reports
- Consistently meets or exceeds performance quotas while maintaining positive customer feedback
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Demonstrates integrity and professionalism in all interactions
Experience:
- Prior experience in the rental, events, or catering industries preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a sales coordinator, order management, or high-volume order processing role
