Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Non-Profit Sales Representative for a mission-driven nonprofit technology startup. This is a remote, part-time contract role (20 hours per week) with strong potential to evolve into a full-time position as the organization continues to grow.
Position Overview
This role supports a fast-growing organization by conducting outbound follow-up to nonprofit leads that have already been introduced to the company’s platform.
The Sales Representative will focus on scheduling qualified meetings with the Founder, helping streamline day-to-day sales activities. This is a high-impact, phone-based outreach role ideal for someone energized by relationship-building and purpose-driven work.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound follow-up calls to nonprofit organizations that have been pre-contacted
- Schedule qualified meetings with the Founder
- Track outreach activity, notes, and next steps using a CRM or internal tools
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date prospect and contact records
- Share feedback from conversations to improve messaging and outreach strategy
Qualifications
- Experience working with or selling to nonprofit organizations
- Excellent phone presence with a confident, professional, and engaging style
- Strong organizational skills with consistent follow-up habits
- Comfort working independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and comfort learning CRM tools
Compensation And Benefits
This position offers competitive hourly pay in the $25–$30/hour range. The assignment is open-ended and expected to grow as the organization scales, with the potential for expanded responsibilities and full-time conversion.
