Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a strong understanding of account management and lead generation. This role involves engaging with clients to understand their needs, providing tailored solutions, and driving sales growth in both B2B and retail environments. You will be responsible for managing relationships with existing clients while also pursuing new business opportunities through outside and inside sales strategies. While on your inspections you will be climbing or droning the clients roof to find any issues & custom tailor their projects needs when putting together your proposal.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management.
- Identify new business opportunities through lead generation techniques.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer interactions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in technology or retail sales environments.
- Strong skills in account management and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in both outside sales and inside sales is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software is desirable.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
