Job Overview We are seeking an experienced
Plumbing Estimator/Designer to support estimating and engineering efforts for modular construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing plumbing systems, preparing accurate estimates, and collaborating with construction and production teams to deliver high-quality projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Design plumbing systems for modular construction projects
- Create, review, and update plumbing drawings and specifications
- Estimate materials, labor, and overall plumbing costs
- Work with vendors to select appropriate materials and products
- Support production teams with installation planning and solutions
- Collaborate with project managers on budgets and change orders
- Assist with process improvements to increase efficiency and quality
Qualifications
- Oregon Journeyman Plumbing License
- Experience designing and estimating plumbing systems
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong math and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Detail-oriented and reliable
