We are launching a personal injury office in Los Angeles and are seeking a driven Business Development Manager to build and scale a powerful referral network across Southern California.
This is not a corporate marketing role. This is a relationship-building, revenue-generating, boots-on-the-ground opportunity.
The Role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can:
- Develop and manage a referral network of:
- Personal injury attorneys (conflict cases & overflow)
- Chiropractors and medical providers
- Physical therapists
- Pain management clinics
- Orthopedic and spine surgeons
- Body shops and tow yards
- Community leaders and professional organizations
- Establish co-counsel relationships
- Identify high-value case sources
- Represent the firm at networking events and industry functions
- Create and execute strategic outreach plans
- Track referral performance and ROI
- Help position the firm as a premium boutique alternative to billboard PI firms
Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years in business development, legal marketing, or referral-based industries
- Experience in personal injury strongly preferred
- Existing network in Los Angeles PI ecosystem is a major plus
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Professional, polished, and confident presence
- Self-starter who thrives without micromanagement
- Results-driven mindset
