THE ROLE
This is the most important non-technical hire we will make this year. As Founders Associate, you will work side-by-side with both founders every day — attending customer calls, shaping product decisions, managing operations, and taking on whatever matters most to move the company forward.
This role quires a high-ownership, high-judgment position for someone who wants a front-row seat to building a venture-backed startup from the ground up. You will see everything and have real impact from day one.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Revenue Support
- Support the founders on outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and deal execution
- Prepare tailored pitch decks, proposals, and follow-up materials for enterprise prospects
- Join customer discovery and demo calls; synthesize insights and next steps
- Track sales metrics, manage CRM hygiene, and surface trends that inform strategy
- Research target accounts, identify champions, and help craft personalised outreach
Product & Strategy
- Gather, organise, and synthesise customer feedback to inform product roadmap priorities
- Run competitive and market research; distil findings into crisp memos for the team
- Coordinate cross-functional projects between product, legal, and customer success
- Own special strategic initiatives end-to-end — from scoping through execution
Operations & Administration
- Manage founder calendars, travel logistics, and meeting preparation
- Prepare board materials, investor updates, and internal reporting
- Build and maintain operational processes and playbooks as the company scales
- Handle investor and partner relationship management — scheduling, follow-ups, documentation
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement lightweight solutions before they become problems
What We’re Looking For
- Organized and data oriented individual who thrives with building and maintaining structure
- Exceptional organisational skills and judgment - you keep things from falling through the cracks without being asked
- Strong written and verbal communication; you can distil complex topics into clear, concise prose
- 0 - 3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment: startup operations, legal, consulting, investment banking, venture capital, or a similarly demanding role
- Genuine curiosity about AI and legal - you want to understand what we’re building and why it matters
- Comfort with ambiguity; you thrive when there is no playbook and take initiative to write one
- High integrity and discretion - you will have access to sensitive business information and stakeholder relationships
- Builder mindset - you see a messy process and want to fix it, not just manage it
- Background from legal or as a paralegal is strong plus
Compensation
Salary: $ 70,000 – $120,000 (depending on qualifications)
Equity: 0.10% – 0.50%
