LCN Capital Partners, a real estate private equity firm, pursues a strategy of corporate credit-focused, commercial real estate sale-leaseback and build-to-suit investments. LCN originates investments in mission-critical corporate real estate, delivering long-term, inflation-protected cash flows backed by the corporate credit of our tenants. Our tenant-clients benefit from a non-bank capital resource, efficient monetization of on-balance sheet real estate, and continued operational control of their key assets.
Through our offices in New York, Amsterdam, London, Palm Beach, and Luxembourg, we currently manage $4 billion in equity capital via our North American and European sale-leaseback investment funds and own over $7 billion in real estate assets. LCN is currently raising ~$2 billion for our next set of funds. With leverage, the most recent funds have purchasing capacity of over $4 billion. LCN is looking for a motivated analyst to play an integral role in deploying this capital.

- Reviewing letters of intent, loan agreements, leases, development management agreements, and more.
- Ensuring the complete and smooth closing of transactions with some post-completion/closing work in North America and Europe.
- Asset management of existing portfolio investments.
- Preparing models and settlement statements for each investment.
Preferred Applicant Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (or graduating Spring 2026)
- 3.5+ GPA
- Internship or professional experience in private equity, real estate acquisitions, or corporate financial analysis
This position will focus on our North American Funds, although there will be opportunities to work on investments in our European Funds. The position will be based out of our headquarters office in New York City.
