A leading RWI insurance underwriter is looking to add an Analyst to its growing team in New York.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with 6–12 months’ M&A experience to transition into a dynamic, deal-focused environment within the insurance market.
Key requirements:
• 6–12 months’ M&A exposure (e.g. Investment Banking, Private Equity, Transaction Services, Corporate Law)
• Strong academic background from a leading university
• Degree or experience in Law, Accountancy, Investment Banking, or Private Equity
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
You’ll work closely with deal teams, assessing transaction risks and supporting underwriting decisions on complex M&A deals.
