We’re hiring a technical Support Engineer to own production debugging, surface systemic issues, and raise product quality across mobile, backend, payments, and brokerage infrastructure.
What You’ll Do
- Investigate complex production issues across iOS, Android, backend services, and third-party integrations
- Reproduce bugs and isolate root causes
- Query databases (SQL) and analyze logs
- Debug Stripe and payment-related issues
- Identify patterns across tickets that point to systemic product problems
- Partner directly with engineers to resolve issues quickly
- Improve QA processes and release validation
- Build internal debugging tools or scripts
You will play a critical role in product reliability, retention, and revenue protection.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years in technical support, QA, solutions engineering, or backend engineering
- Strong debugging skills across APIs and production systems
- Comfortable writing SQL
- Experience investigating live production issues
- High ownership and strong root-cause thinking
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment
Strong plus: fintech, payments (Stripe), mobile debugging, monitoring tools (Datadog/Sentry).
