The Marketing & Sponsorship Manager is a strategic relationship-builder who blends marketing insight, partnership development, experiential thinking, and revenue strategy. You will connect brands to place — creating meaningful collaborations that enhance the guest experience while driving sustainable revenue.

You’ll work closely with internal marketing teams, tenants, community partners, and regional/national brands to bring thoughtful, high-impact sponsorships and activations to life. What You’ll Do
Partnership & Revenue Strategy
- Develop and execute sponsorship and advertising strategies across multiple properties
- Identify and cultivate aligned brand partnerships that enhance the property experience
- Create customized proposals and marketing packages integrating physical, digital, and experiential opportunities
- Manage sponsorship assets including digital kiosks, banners, vendor activations, and specialty leasing opportunities
Experiential Marketing & Activations
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sponsorships with property-wide campaigns and events
- Oversee execution of partner activations to ensure seamless, on-brand experiences
- Support specialty leasing (short-term and pop-up concepts) from sourcing through agreement execution
- Ensure all deliverables are fulfilled with excellence and attention to detail
Relationship Management
- Serve as a primary point of contact for sponsors, advertisers, tenants, and community partners
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
- Represent the organization at networking events, property events, and community functions
Internal Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Legal, Accounting, Leasing, and Property Management teams
- Track performance metrics and revenue goals
- Utilize CRM systems to manage pipeline, contracts, and reporting
Who You Are
- A natural connector who builds trust easily and values long-term relationships
- Strategic and creative — you think beyond transactions and focus on alignment and experience
- Experienced in marketing partnerships, sponsorships, brand activations, advertising, experiential marketing, or specialty leasing
- Confident in presenting ideas and negotiating agreements with professionalism and poise
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams
- Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally between properties

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
