Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Plan:
$350-$550 per vehicle sold (based on monthly volume)
Salary plus flat, volume-based commission structure
Signing bonuses for select hires

Responsibilities
Manage and follow up on internet and showroom sales leads
Schedule appointments and conduct timely follow-up
Greet customers and provide a professional, welcoming experience
Assist customers in selecting vehicles by understanding their needs
Deliver professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations
Explain available options, features, and add-ons
Maintain accurate and detailed customer information in CRM
Learn and follow dealership sales process and customer experience standards
Build long-term relationships to generate repeat and referral business
Maintain showroom and lot presentation
Report to Sales Management regarding goals and performance
Qualifications
Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient with email and text communication
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal skills
Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable discussing pricing and handling objections
Comfortable working in a commission-based environment
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Willing to complete pre-employment drug screening
