Presentation Specialist
To operate and maintain function of all presentation aspects of worship services and other special programs
To enhance the worship experience at Hillside United Methodist Church through a presentation of slides
The Presentation Specialist reports directly to the Senior Pastor, but needs to be a team player, interfacing and coordinating with other staff members of Hillside as needed
Main Responsibilities and roles:
-Create and run presentations during worship services and other special programs for all services throughout the year
-Develop team to be a presentation specialist as needed
-Learn and maintain all aspects of audio and visual functionality of worship services
-Support other creative marketing of church programming through social media, digital sign, and other forms of advertising as needed.
Skills/Expectations
-Attend weekly staff meeting, and other church meetings as needed
-Christian faith, committed to the vision, values and purpose of Hillside
-Advanced computer skills with knowledge and experience in design tools such as Canva
-Willingness to learn all aspects of presentation
-Cooperate and communicate with others as part of the team
5 hours per week, including Sunday mornings and occasional evening hours for special services
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 per week
