Our client is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer I to join their team. Manufacturing/Engineering Documentation role supporting design change projects in a regulated manufacturing environment, requiring technical understanding, organization, collaboration skills, and strong communication.
Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer I - Documentation
Location: Des Plaines, IL
12 Months Contract
100% Onsite
Pay Range: $30 to $35/hr on W2
What's the Job?
- Support technical documentation of design change projects, including creation of labels, drawings, and specification sheets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Quality, Regulatory, and Global Service and Support to ensure project alignment and compliance.
- Utilize technical drawings and tools, with a preference for familiarity with SolidWorks, to assist in project execution.
What's Needed?
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Software, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field.
- 0-3 years of experience in manufacturing or engineering roles.
- Familiarity with technical drawings and documentation processes.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent oral and written presentation skills, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
