Our continued growth depends on the strength of our systems and the precision of our execution, which is why we are expanding our Quality and Process Improvement team with an experienced Program Manager who can turn ideas into measurable results.Position SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager to align operational objectives and executive initiatives with strategic initiatives across departments. This individual will oversee project tasking, prioritization, change management, and ensure effective communication among teams to drive projects that achieve SQDP (Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Profitability) goals.Key Responsibilities● Operational Alignment:○ Collaborate with departmental leaders to define operational objectives, ensuring alignment with SQDP standards for process improvement.○ Analyze project impacts across IT, marketing, sales, legal, and other departments to ensure integrated project planning.● Project Tasking & Prioritization:○ Develop and maintain a comprehensive project task list, prioritizing tasks based on strategic objectives and departmental needs.○ Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines, adjusting as necessary to accommodate changing priorities.● Change Management:○ Lead change management initiatives, ensuring all stakeholders understand and adapt to new processes and systems.○ Develop and implement change communication strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and acceptance across departments.● Training Coordination:○ Collaborate with Training and Development teams to create training programs that foster employee understanding of new processes and systems.○ Ensure that training materials are updated and align with project goals and departmental objectives.● Reporting & Analysis:○ Prepare and present regular report outs on project status, including timelines, risks, and achievements to stakeholders.○ Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for various initiatives, ensuring that projects contribute positively to business objectives.● KPI Alignment:○ Establish and monitor project-specific KPIs, ensuring that all projects are aligned with company goals and objectives.○ Utilize data to drive decision-making and enhance project outcomes.● Interdepartmental Coordination:○ Serve as the primary liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration on training initiatives, change management, and project statuses.○ Foster a culture of teamwork and accountability among all stakeholders.Required Qualifications● Education:○ Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field.● Experience:○ Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in a cross-functional business environment.○ Proven track record in change management and process improvement.● Skills:○ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.○ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.○ Proficiency in project management tools and software.○ Analytical mindset with a focus on KPI tracking and ROI assessments.Preferred Qualifications● PMP Certification

Change Management Effectiveness● Adoption Rate: Achieve at least a 75% adoption rate of new processes and systems within three months of implementation on all major initiatives.● Change-Related Incidents: Reduce change-related incidents to less than 5 reported issues per project within 60 days post-implementation.5. Training Impact● Training Completion Rates: Target 95% training completion rates for employees involved in new initiatives within one month of training rollout.● Post-Training Performance Improvement: Achieve a 15% improvement in performance metrics for trained employees within three months post-training.6. ROI on Project Initiatives● Calculated ROI: Generate a minimum ROI of 150% for completed projects within six months post-implementation.● Financial Impact: Measure the financial impact of projects against departmental objectives, aiming for a positive contribution to departmental revenue targets by 20% within the fiscal year.7. KPI Achievement Rate● Percentage of KPIs Met: Achieve at least 80% of defined KPIs met for each project or initiative assessed quarterly.● Overall Performance Improvement: Measure an overall performance improvement of at least 10% against established KPIs by the end of the fiscal year.8. Interdepartmental Collaboration● Cross-Departmental Projects: Successfully execute at least 5 cross-departmental projects annually.● Meeting Frequency and Effectiveness: Conduct bi-monthly interdepartmental meetings, aiming for a 90% satisfaction rate on meeting effectiveness as surveyed quarterly.9.
