EH&S Management Systems Specialist 8-month contract-to-hire | On-site, Tucson AZ | 9/80 schedule | $31–$33/hr
About the Role You'll own the systems that keep EH&S documentation, data, and communications running — making sure everything is audit-ready, up to date, and actually useful to the people who rely on it. This is a high-visibility role where your work shapes how safety information flows across the Tucson region, from dashboards to leadership reviews to council presentations.
What You'll Do
- Develop, implement, and maintain EHS management systems; keep all policies, procedures, work instructions, and records current and controlled
- Manage and update the Tucson EH&S SharePoint website so it stays accurate and user-friendly
- Define and track EHS performance metrics and dashboards; analyze trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Build out an EH&S council structure for Tucson and develop supporting presentations in partnership with ops, engineering, and quality
- Prepare reports for leadership and management system reviews
- Draft and distribute EH&S communications across the Tucson region
- Support regulatory inspections and internal/external audits
What You'll Bring
Must-Have
- 2+ years of relevant EH&S experience
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and ANSI Standards
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Bachelor's degree
Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Enablon EH&S software
- CSP, ASP, or CIH certification
