Role Purpose/Mission:
The Sales & Events Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of brand and client events, ensuring seamless collaboration between Sales, Marketing, and Education teams. This position also provides essential administrative support to the Sales team, including managing reporting processes, maintaining sales databases, and ensuring timely collection of sales data from business partners. The role requires strong organizational skills, advanced technical proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Main Accountabilities
Event Planning & Execution
- Support the team in planning and coordinating brand and client events.
- Assist in event logistics, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and materials preparation.
- Ensure timely follow-up after events, including data collection and performance reporting.
Sales Reporting & Administrative Support
- Produce accurate and timely sales reports for leadership and field teams.
- Manage and maintain sales databases, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Collect sales data from business partners by specified deadlines to ensure timely reporting outputs.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Deliver timely and accurate completion of all retailer SKU set up forms for new product launches, ensuring vendor catalogs are up to date
- Assist with tracking and allocation for all non-saleable/free of charge items including testers, sampling, GWPs and VM
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Education teams to ensure alignment on event and reporting priorities.
- Provide administrative support for marketing-driven event initiatives as needed.
- Provide regular communication with the SLT team regarding events, new product launch and non-saleable/collateral timing
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales support, event coordination, or administrative roles within luxury beauty or related industries.
- Proven experience in producing reports and managing data systems.
- Prior experience with CRM and LMS platforms is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Familiarity with CRM databases and learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret and present data effectively.
Metrics of Success
- Executional excellence in the planning of all retailer/brand events, followed with timely and accurate reporting to deliver insights
- Effective communication with field partners regarding the eventing strategies and any relevant product/non-saleable updates
- Timely and accurate entry of all retailer SKU set ups
