Join a fast-paced manufacturing team as a Production Engineer, where you'll drive improvements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost. Reporting to the Manager of Engineering, you'll be involved in hands-on process development, tooling design, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and implement process improvements across manufacturing operations
- Design and update equipment, tooling, and layouts for efficiency and performance
- Develop and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, SOPs, and other process documentation
- Analyze defects and customer claims to identify root causes and recommend solutions
- Support new product launches and ensure smooth integration into production
- Troubleshoot automation systems - PLC, Robots, etc
- Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve technical issues
Qualifications:
- Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong hands-on skills with the ability to learn quickly in a practical environment
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using engineering software
- Knowledge of automation systems is helpful
- Good communication and computer skills
