About the Role
We are looking for an AI Productivity Engineer who can design and build internal AI tools that make our team faster, smarter, and more efficient.
This is not a research role. We need someone who can turn AI capabilities into real systems used by real teams.
You will build automations, connect systems, and deploy AI tools that reduce manual work and improve decision-making across the company.
What You’ll Do
- Build internal AI tools and productivity workflows
- Integrate AI systems with CRM, email, call recordings, and internal data
- Deploy GPT-powered tools for internal teams
- Design dashboards and automation systems
- Identify opportunities to automate processes and improve team productivity
Skills & Experience
- Strong experience with Python
- Experience working with OpenAI or other LLM APIs
- Familiar with frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, APIs, etc.)
- Ability to build and deploy production-ready tools
- Strong problem-solving and independent working ability
Bonus Skills
- Experience building AI automations for business workflows
- CRM integrations or internal tool development
- Data pipelines or vector databases
