Leadenhall Search and Selection are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing, PE backed advisory firm in the US. They are seeking a Practice Lead to build and lead their NetSuite consulting and implementation practice. You’ll be responsible for developing a high-performing global team, driving business development efforts to win new projects, and growing the practice to become a market leader in NetSuite solutions across the United States.
Responsibilities
- Establish and develop the NetSuite consulting and implementation practice.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of NetSuite consultants and project managers.
- Drive business development efforts to secure new NetSuite consulting and implementation projects.
- Oversee the successful delivery of NetSuite projects, ensuring they are completed on time,
Requirements
- 12+ years in ERP consulting and implementation.
- Strong business development skills with a history of winning new projects
- Strong communication skills.
