Our dealership provides the training, support, and customer traffic needed to help you succeed.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Demonstrate Volkswagen vehicles and explain features and benefits
- Guide customers through the vehicle purchase process
- Follow up with customers to build relationships and referrals
- Work with management to achieve monthly sales goals
What We’re Looking For
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work Saturdays
- Valid driver’s license
Compensation
- $3,000 monthly draw against commissions
- Realistic earning potential of $60,000 - $120,000+ per year
