Our client, a global leader in consumer goods and brand innovation, is seeking a Project Manager (Office–Business Professional) to join their team. As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Creative & Marketing Operations Department supporting Creative, Brand, Digital, Sales, and Innovation teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, exceptional organization, and a solutions‑focused mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What’s the Job?
- Lead day‑to‑day project management for creative initiatives, ensuring briefs, timelines, and deliverables move smoothly from intake to completion.
- Manage operational tools including Asana, DAM systems, and proofing platforms to maintain workflow accuracy and momentum.
- Identify blockers, bandwidth issues, or priority conflicts and proactively resolve them with team leads.
- Act as the primary communications link between Creative and cross‑functional partners, ensuring clarity on project status and expectations.
- Support production coordination, document processes, and assist with administrative tasks for the Creative Director and broader department.
What’s Needed?
- 3–5 years of experience in project management, traffic coordination, or operations within creative or marketing environments.
- Strong proficiency in Asana (required), as well as DAM systems and proofing tools.
- Deep understanding of creative workflows across digital, print, and production‑based projects.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate needs across cross‑functional teams.
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines and priorities concurrently.
